TROUBLE FOR SARSAIR AS KITTY HELD ON ALLEGED FRAUD AND EMBEZZLEMENT CHARGES IN AMNISIA; KITTY MAINTANCE INNOCENCE.
Amnisia, A.E., March14 2004 --Charges were filed today against Kitty Thirteen and her chihuwawa, Kitkat. The complaint, filed by t. Terencet in confederal court in Lower Amnisia, alleges Kitty committed illegal fraud, conspired to take over sarsair, and embezzled him off his shares and position in sarsair.
The commission further alleges that ms. thirteen and kitkat subsequently used their public position as a cover up for a wide ring of pedophiles and satan worshipers, as evidences of child pornography and unspeakable acts are starting to arise. "They concealed important facts during the criminal investigation" said prosecutor Evril Powers.
T. Terencet, a local akitain tycoon and former sarsair VP of creative planning, said: "It is fundamentally unfair and immoral for someone like Kitty to claim other people's property as her own and pretend to be someone she is not".
Evril Powers continued to claim that we cannot allow corporate executives or industry professionals to profit illegally from their access to young children and the powers to be and It's worse still when the individual engaging in such activities is Chairman and CEO of a public company.
As she was captured by amnisian police force on a park bench kitty suffered her first visible emotional breakdown. Sources close to kitty cla
im she maintains her innocence, but faced with the serious charged against her, she feels overwhelmed, powerless and terrified; "I have never claimed to be perfect, I admit I have many flaweds - but i can not even start to imagine why such outrageous charges are brought up against me; anything i took i took because no one else wanted anymore, and I absolutely can not recall ever fondling any young children in public ".
The most serious charge against Kitty, human sacrifice, had been thrown out by the judge yesterday after the prosecution failed to show evidence. But four counts remained -- conspiracy, embezzlement, distribution of child pornography and worshipping dark forces. Thirteen, surrounded by armed policeman, bruised and dressed in her usual orange uniform, seemed borderline hysterical during a preliminary hearing in a lower Amnisia court room yesterday. If convicted, Kitty could face life in prison or even execution and sarsair could go out of business.
